The Symptoms Of Hypnic Jerk

A hypnic jerk is a person who experiences bouts of insomnia or sleeping problems. Some people may sleep through them, but others, they can be so strong that they wake up instantly, usually while the person is still awake.

 

People who experience these episodes usually have different factors working against them. Some may find themselves stressed and have difficulty falling asleep at night, while others are already so exhausted and unable to fall asleep that nothing can be done about it.
